PTFE/TEFLON
PTFE หรือ Teflon (Polytetrafluoroethylene) เป็นสารสังเคราะห์ fluoropolymer จาก tetrafluoroethylene ที่มีมวลโมเลกุลสูง มีคุณสมบัติเป็นของแข็งชนิดไฮโดรโฟบิก ทนอุณหภูมิสูงต่ำได้ดี และมีสัมประสิทธิ์แรงเสียดทานน้อยที่สุด ปัจจุบันนิยมนำมากลึง ขึ้นรูป หรือใช้เป็นวัสดุในการซีลที่ใช้ในงานอุตสาหกรรมหลากหลาย เรียกว่าพลาสติกวิศวกรรม ได้แก่ PTFE sheet แผ่นเทฟล่อน ปะเก็นเทฟล่อน หรือ Teflon sheet, PTFE rod (เทฟล่อนแท่ง), Teflon tube(ท่อเทฟล่อน) , PTFE joint sealant (เทฟล่อนนิ่ม หรือ soft Teflon)

PTFE Sheet / PTFE In Roll is made from PTFE resin and prepared by compression molding and skiving. It has excellent corrosive resistance, no aging, non-sticking property and lowest friction coefficient and can be used as corrosive resistant lining, support block, lathe guide and electric component at the temperature of -180~260℃ Applications: ♦ Corrosion resistance: widely used in all chemical containers and parts which contacted with corrosive media, such as tanks, reactors, equipment lining, valves, pumps, fittings, filter materials, separation materials and pipe for corrosive fluids. ♦ Abrasion resistance: can be used as a self lubricating bearing, piston rings, seal rings, gaskets, valve seats, sliders and rails etc.. ♦ Insulation materials: mainly used in the manufacture of various products with high temperature resistance, high-frequency resistance, electrical insulation and arc resistance, such as high-frequency cables, moisture-resistant cables, capacitor coils, insulating cover for wire, etc. |

PTFE ROD
Material :
PTFE Rod is made from PTFE resin and prepared by Extrusion or Molded. It has the best chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric property. It is not aged and sticky. It can be used at - 180 ℃ to + 260 ℃ under no load. It has the lowest friction coefficient among known solid materials. Applications: ♦ Corrosion resistance: widely used in all chemical containers and parts which contacted with corrosive media, such as tanks, reactors, equipment lining, valves, pumps, fittings, filter materials, separation materials and pipe for corrosive fluids. ♦ Abrasion resistance: can be used as a self lubricating bearing, piston rings, seal rings, gaskets, valve seats, sliders and rails etc.. ♦ Insulation materials: mainly used in the manufacture of various products with high temperature resistance, high-frequency resistance, electrical insulation and arc resistance, such as high-frequency cables, moisture-resistant cables, capacitor coils, insulating cover for wire, etc.. ♦ Non-stick materials: can be used for non-stick coating such as non-stick pan and non-stick roller for food processor. |
